We have a team of people who have experienced in the fields of sourcing and inspection with more than 20 years who can cater the needs of the customer.
Our team covers entire South India mainly textile clusters like Coimbatore, Tirupur and Erode.

Fabric Production Executions in processing

Agal Textiles provides a special form of follow up and progress reporting. It avoids risk of last minutes surprise due to delay in delivery and keep our customer relaxed. Identifying and evaluating Processing units based on process and product. To receive enquiry for arranging lab dips , strikes off’s and price quote. Checking the manufacturing activities systematically so that production may carried out according to plan. To ensure to meet the requirements as per customer approved sample and specification. If any deviation, to organize correction works immediately without delay. To submit Realization and Reconciliation reports.

  • To process hi twist fabric, seer sucker with crinkle effect and terry towel Identifying and evaluating Processing units based on process and product.
  • Singe,wash,zero for yarn dyed woven fabric.
  • Hydrogen peroxide Bleaching.
  • Garment wash : Normal,Rinse,Enzyme, Stone washings.

Dyeing and Printing

  • Reactive , Vat and Disperse dyeing.
  • Dyeing in soft flow , jigger , jet , CPB and continuous dyeing range.
  • Pigment and reactive printing in rotary and digital.
  • Discharge Printing.
  • Rotary Repeat size as 640 mm , 820 mm , 914 mm and 1018 mm.

Finishing and Coating

Fabric Quality Inspection

To organize final inspection of the Greige and finished goods. Inspect the fabric and Analyzing inspection reports and send to customer.

Fabric inspection focuses on shade, shade continuity , hand feel, appearance, center to selvedge variation and defects.

This inspection keeps our customers confident on the quality .

  • The process of identifying yarn and weaving faults in the fabric after the grey production from the loom.
  • It’s helpful to avoid rejection after processing.
  • Yarn defects : Black yarn, colour flys , slubs , thick and thin loops, kitties and stains etc.,
  • Weaving defects : Double end , Stop mark, pattern break, Crack , missing end , broken pick, Reed mark , starting mark , wrong drawing and oil stain etc.,

Finished fabric inspection

  • To identify the defects in finished fabric.
  • Fabric inspection is usually done on fabric roll inspection machine .
  • The defects are marked and recorded in inspection report.
  • Processing Defects Bowing , skewing , width variation, crease mark, holes , selvedge cut, unevenness, CSV , Miss print, over lapping and stains etc.,
